At Allboutsneak, we take pride in providing 100% authentic sneakers and branded apparel, carefully inspected before shipping. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, to protect our business and our customers, we have implemented a clear and strict return policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Return Window
• You have a maximum of 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
• Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. No exceptions will be granted for vacations, travel, or forgetfulness.
2. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
2. Intact Packaging: The box, tags, and all original packaging must be retained and returned.
3. Accessories and Documentation: Any included accessories, manuals, or certificates must be returned.
4. Timely Return: Items must be shipped back within the 30-day return window.
Any return not meeting these conditions will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at their expense.
3. Defects and Damages
We carefully inspect each product before shipment. However, certain situations may occur:
• Transit-related Damage: Scratches, minor creases, or marks caused during shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.) are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a true defect (e.g., stitching issues, glue mishaps, damaged materials), please provide clear photos within 30 days. Once validated, we will offer:
• An exchange for the same product and size if available
• Or a full refund if the exchange is not possible
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are only allowed for the same model and size.
• If your requested size or model is out of stock, we cannot guarantee an exchange and will provide a full refund if the request is valid.
• Exchanges for a different model, color, or value are not permitted.
5. Return Process
To process a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at contact@allboutsneak.com with your order number and photos if the return concerns a defect.
2. Wait for written return authorization. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
4. Keep the tracking number until your return is confirmed as received.
Important: Returns sent to an address other than the one provided will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
• After inspection and approval of the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a validated defective product.
• Refunds may take up to 7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
7. Non-Compliance and Abuse
At Allboutsneak, we never scam our customers. Our reputation and the trust of our members are extremely important.
Any attempt to circumvent our return policy will be considered abusive, including:
• Legal threats or pressure to obtain an exchange or refund outside the official policy
• Multiple purchases intended to exchange products for personal advantage
• Returns after use or for items purchased elsewhere to justify an exchange with us
Consequences of policy abuse:
• Immediate refusal of return or exchange
• Account suspension or termination
• Future order denial on Allboutsneak
• Reporting to appropriate authorities if abuse is proven
8. Communication with Third Parties (e.g., Attorneys)
If a customer contacts an attorney to threaten Allboutsneak for an exchange or refund outside of our policy:
• We provide all documentation proving compliance with our official policy.
• We emphasize that all purchases at Allboutsneak constitute acceptance of these terms.
• Legal threats or pressure do not override our return policy.
